The Marc de Cava is the result of the distillation and subsequent ageing of certain elements of the grape used to make Cava. The result is a chocolate that is fresh and light but with character, which unites the volatile freshness of Marc de Cava and the toasted and creamy notes of Ghanaian cocoa beans. They come packaged inside an airtight thermosealed tray that limits oxidation and guarantees freshness until the moment of opening. Ideal to give as a gift or to share.
