White tuna fish is caught from the Cantabrian Sea, the northern coast of Spain.  The fish processing is by means of traditional methods while it is fresh.  The tuna is hand-cleaned and packed to achieve the highest quality. The addition of Spanish Olive oil of premium quality is essential for its preservation and best flavor.
