Frozen Pre-Cooked Suckling Pig in pieces 350g
Tender on the inside and very crunchy on the outside, this is the suckling pig roti at Quinta de Tabladillo, the product with which great chefs do not gamble when it comes to delighting their guests.

Portion: 2-3 people
1. Keep Frozen.
2. If you acquired the product frozen, defrost it in the refrigerator for at least 24h. Once defrosted, do not freeze it again.
Instructions:
- Warm the product in the microwave at medium power 1-2 minutes until the juices are liquefied and the pieces can be separated.
- Strain and dry.
- Preheat the oil to 180.
- Gently place in the oil for 5 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
